I plan to stop by Monday(Feb 19) and chat with someone in charge. I came Saturday morning and got my oil changed, Sunday I pulled the dipstick and only had a tiny amount on the tip of it. Drove to AutoZone, and I put about 2 quarts in it. So I paid over a hundred bucks for your service and I'm having to top off my own oil. Not good

Maintenance time was easy to schedule an extremely quick. Mr. Steven was professional, and explained the item that was serviced and gave me recommendations on future services. I really enjoyed my experience.

The people at Hampton toyota are in fact, exceptional. The only issue that I had today was with the link sent to my cell phone which led me to a website that was intended to show the progress made on my vehicle’s service. This link is still currently active several hours after my visit, and it still provides no updates LOL

I paid for a car wash and the job was less thorough than usual. Not up to standards and not how it usually looks. Dash board not wiped down, dirt streaked on outside and vacuuming sub par. Everyone has off days though. Just not what I am used to. Dirty wipes left in car door.
