I was in to change my oil at 62,000 miles and was just informed about 40,000 and 50,000 mile services that i needed to complete as well as 60,000 mile services. Please explain why service reps on previous service visits did not alert me to upcoming required/suggested services?! I am LIVID that I was not kept abreast adequately and in a timly manner. My previous car which was a different make always keep me alerted to upcoming services that I would need. Now I am potentially looking at having to find $1,000 at once! COMPLETELY unacceptable!!!

Poor service, lack of accountability and ownership, careless. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation- had to return immediately - within minutes two different times for careless service. Overall time was more than 3 hours and I will need to take my care elsewhere tomorrow. I literally had no issues until I brought it in for routine maintenance. Extremely disappointing.
