He should have changed the lug nut on the right front wheel to rotate the tires instead of waiting for me to pick up the car on a $85 invoice when the nut was only $8. I did not have the time to wait when it could have been done all at one time

Fantastic service, very helpful when talking through inspection report. I didn’t feel pressured into any additional maintenance. I know exactly what to look out for and when to take my car back in for service.
Steven did a great job of getting tire replaced in a very timely manner. Headed for vacation & he was very attentive to our needs!!! So far I am pleased with his assistance. My driver was excellent too

I continue to get text messages with status of my car. Well I have not been there today. I called and the man in service told me every time they order parts I will get a text. Hard to believe a big company can’t figure out when I need a text.

I had a 10:30 appt, I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 in case they maybe able to take it early. At 12:45 I emailed Dulsey Sonnier, no reply. I called Dulsey at 1:20, was told they still hadn’t touched it. At 1:50 I was texted that I was next in line. At 2:45 I was texted my vehicle was ready. I have no idea why appointments are made when they don’t touch the vehicle until 4 hours later, it probably still wouldn’t have been touched if I hadn’t called complaining. The worst service in years, there’s no excuse!!!!

Carice does a great job! Unfortunately a persistent issue can never be replicated for some reason so my vehicle wasn’t fixed, but Carice is very helpful and professional.
