The moment that I arrived, Dulsey quickly met me at my car to help me check in for my service appt. She was very helpful and explained the process for my scheduled repairs. She checked my warranty coverage and helped me arrange for the shuttle to bring me to work. I was kept informed about the status of my repairs via text and Dulsey was there when the shuttle brought be back to pickup my car. It was by far the most exceptional experience that I have ever had at Hampton Toyota. Dulsey gets 5 stars!

No status given. Very confused whether ready or not. Work not completed auto butler and interior wash sub par. Won’t be back even though auto butler is free. It doesn’t work

Dulcey did her part and was professional. I would have liked to be kept abreast of my appointment status considering it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and fuse replacement. Once I did get the car I had an issue with getting it out of park. An employee had to bring it back to service to address the problem. Someone apparently turned the auto off. At this point the service appointment into a 3 hour visit

Could have easily known Toyota Camry fender to come off easily if no properly have clips missing. Told me brackets were good I told them bracket was missing no help wow!
