I travel a lot and have been to many Toyota dealerships in many different states. I’ve had several service advisors and Leslie is by far the best service advisor I’ve ever had. She’s by far the most helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.

You all are the worst. We were charged $150+dollars for our vehicle to be running worst than when we took it to you. I will be advising anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle, not to, because your repair service is THE WORST!

There was spots on the passenger seats.Looked like someone from the shop was sitting in the car.Also spot on the hood where they didn’t wipe off.Service looked rushed.

I brought my car for a schedule maintenance and they checked my engine air filter and did not clip the cover back on and it made a hose disconnect causing my engine light and vehicle stability light to come on.
