Mr Steve was very professional and thorough. Unfortunately we are extremely dissatisfied with the vehicle due to the status of the park break system. If we had had the knowledge of the way it comes to make the noise, we definitely would not have purchased a Toyota. Conversation in trading vehicle in or selling now.

The technician told me the battery was 212.48 he wrote that on the paper. He told me I had to pay half. When he typed up the paper I was charged 165.00 for the battery and when I asked him about it he just kept repeating they charged you 165 for parts. What parts because he told me 212 and half of that is 106. He never answered me and the lady that took my payment kept saying the same thing. If he misquoted the cost fine but tell me that don’t look at me like I’m crazy and not provide an explanation.
