Mr. Steven went beyond to make sure I received the best service possible. I was not one of his customers but I will call on him from now on. He makes sure you don’t have to return for the same problem. He even called the service manager over the technicians to help solve my problem. I am very grateful for his service. Made be believe in Hampton again. That even though they received my business on the sales side, I now feel better going to get my vehicle serviced. Thank you Mr. Steven !!!

I was charged 180$ for nothing fixed after waiting 3 hours. I examined my truck afterwards and noticed a burnt fuse which was the issue the entire time. The techs obviously did not check any fuses the 3 hrs they looked at my truck, i should not have been charged for no service to the vehicle
