Leslie was fantastic as always, however I was disappointed by the oil residual left on the undercarriage of my vehicle. I know technicians are trying to be as efficient as possible, but I do believe a few extra minutes cleaning the undercarriage would be a great improvement.

Randal is very knowledgable and helpful. Dealerships are typically known to charge premium on basic services. Randal always seems to apply some kind of discount that helps with the high costs of everything these days. Randal has also helped advise on many future maintenance questions I had.
