Leslie was great. Unfortunately the tech servicing my truck didn’t tighten the lugs on my front driver side wheel. Drove off and it was causing a major vibration. I returned to the dealership and they tightened things up and I guess looked for any damage. But I wasn’t impressed. Also, the last time I brought it in the brakes were in the yellow and they suggested changing them. This time they were in the green, which leads me to believe they just didn’t check it.

I was late arriving for service today but it took the service department 2 hours to get the job looked at which is not my concern. I had to go to my office to do a few things and decided to take it to the car wash because it didn't seem like they did what I recommended. Someone lied or Id like to think misunderstood that it was sent through the car wash for leak testing. Lo and behold it was not and yes there is a leak. I explicitly told them to run it through the auto spa to replicate the problem my wife described. It seemed they lied to me and said they did run through it but The vehicle was extremely dirty when I drove off. I have little trust that things are being taken care of unfortunately.
