I spent well over $600 in your service department today on my vehicle. Which included a complete tire rotation and balancing. My car was returned to me with a low tire pressure sensor showing on my dashboard. This was not showing when I brought it in so I brought it to someone’s attention it was dealt with right away but it shouldn’t of been returned to me that way. Also the young man who brought me my car apologized that it hadn’t been washed. Not a big deal but considering what I spent today.

The service was very good and timely
They where supposed to do a complementary wash and when I receive the car back it was dirty all over. It had the rims dirty, the hood was dirty and even the interiors of the car were dirty. Call back yesterday to speak with Scott and left a message and never heard back from him.
There’s a cover under my car that I noticed dragging yesterday. It appears as though it was not screwed in tight enough after services were completed. I’ll be revisiting the Ed Voyles Kia today to get the issue resolved.
Ronald was very helpful and took very hood care of my car .He also offered car service while my car was being repaired.i did not have a appointment.
I have been bringing my vehicle here for 4and 1/2 years. Best service ever! Ron was the best service advisor!

Been coming to your location for 9 years. This year (2019) , I am very disappointed with the Service dept. Many excuses given about why my car is dropped off at 9 and they havent looked at it until 3:30. Happened 2x this year. No confidence that car will be done when your team says it will be done.
Josef did a wonderful job
Unbelievable amount of time wasted trying to get the recalls ordered by KIA done. Even after I called to verify parts were in they were incomplete. Joseph was pleasant but the inefficiency of this process has put me off future interactions with Ed Voyles
