Great service when I had an unexpected tire issue. Scott took great care of me even without an appointment.
1. They were charging a high rate for a bulb and the service person told that was only the bulb, but never told me that was &48.
2. Services in general were too expensive.
3. The car went to car wash (no a good cleaning), but no vacuum
Everything worked out quickly
I waited almost 4 hours for a routine oil change. I understand it was short staffed but it still was a little frustrating
I was instructed to come in regarding a recall in which I came in and dropped my car off. Nothing was wrong with it. I received a call from the service person, Scott that my antenna was not on my car and that this was a problem with a lot of the Kia Optima. He then advise me that he could order the part for me to replace my antenna for a little over $500. Of course, I declined.
Nothing is wrong with my antenna. My radio plays great. It appears the cover was removed after my car came in for service so an additional charge would be paid. Very disappointed in Kia servicing. I knew that my antenna cover was on because that’s very noticeable. My daughter trailed me to the shop and it was not missing. I will never take my car in for services at Kia again.

I only had an oil change and I waited an hour and 20 minutes with an appointment. I have never waited that long before.

Hi I made an appointment for my 2016 Kia sorento yesterday because I was hearing a clicking noise every time I turn right. For some reason the mechanic didn't hear the noise, I ended up going again this morning to show Scott where the noise was coming from and they still haven't figured out what the problem is if I brought my SUV to the dealership it is because I assumed the mechanics were specialized on Kia. I'm spending 20000 dollars on this car so I would not like to drive this car with this noise but Scott says that there's not an issue with it.i just dont think that noise is right its the car that my wife and kids use every day I just wanted to be safe wherever they go it would be great if you could help me solve this problem. Thank you so much.
