I have a new dent on the rear of my car. I even went to grab cash to tip your service rep. I’d like to view the videos of what transpired. My vehicle is brand new. My email is or I can go the corporate route.

Excellent service - responsible, courteous, convenient, reliable, honest - I can’t say enough good things about Mr Adams and the entire service department. It’s because of the service department that I consistently buy Kia vehicles and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors

The Service Adviser was very good and made the process very smooth. Only issue was that during my car’s oil change the side step runner was damaged and needs to be replaced. No one noticed or said anything, luckily I notice the damage and brought it up to the service adviser. He quickly escalated the issue and apologized. Wasn’t the Service advisers fault, it was the people doing the actual oil changed. After the Kia team inspected, they agreed needed to be replaced and said they would take care of the part/repair. However, is an inconvenience that my car was damaged and more concerning was that the damage occurred during the service and no one noticed.

I really enjoyed the customer service and the friendly attitude. The service was excellent they washed the vehicle as well as vacuumed it. I’m completely SATISFIED. I will be bringing my car back there and anyone that I know that has a Kia I’ll recommend them to being their vehicle there as well.

Dequincy Adams kept me in the loop with every aspect of my vehicle. I knew upfront how much I was going to pay and being a woman getting your car service sometimes is a little unsettling, but he made you feel like family. I appreciated him more than he knew. The Customer Service he offers is something that is missing in this world today.

Overcharged by $23 for oil filter, I noticed only after I bought the oil filter for $11. For the oil change the charge was 34.50. And I couldn’t get my difference in refund

Quincy has a great attitude and personality, I enjoyed interacting with him in person. The communication about the car was severely lacking. Calls were not returned, updates were only given when car was almost ready. Follow up is an important aspect of customer service for me and this visit lacked that follow up.
