Kept getting text from Mr. Fraser about my car. When I called to speak to him, they said he was out of town
I went in for an oil change today and in less than 12 hours my car is leaking oil and leaving stains in my garage. This is the SECOND time this has happened at this location. I was actually in last month for the same issue and they fixed and said that the crush washer was pinched or not sealed correctly from the previous oil change. At this point, I am COMPLETELY dissatisfied and will love to speak to someone on how this issue can be resolved.

I had Ron Thompson as my service advisor today and it was far and away the best experience I've had coming here from start to finish he stayed engaged with letting me know how much longer it would be and everything. A very personable guy who makes you feel like they actually want to service your car. And thorough at the end with what was serviced on my car and what I would need to keep an eye on over time. He said on a survey anything less than 5 would be a personal failing grade and I say he deserves a 10. Thank you for today's experience!
