The service is amazing, all the staff is super friendly and the waiting area is really comfy and equipped with everything you need. I also like the shuttle service, I haven’t used it but I was about to do it last time I took my car, it was just not worth it because my service was quick, but I really like that about Kia.
Josef kept us informed of the progress and was very professional with the service on our Kia. Our family has purchased 3 cars from your dealership and pleased with our purchases. Josef responded to my query quickly and the service department was able to check my vehicle and return it the very next day. Josef and the entire service department should be commended for their work. Extremely satisfied.
After waiting almost an hour I was told the person before me bought the last set of tires. I believe that someone who arrived after me received the tires because it was more profitable to sell 4 than to sell 1. No sincere apology for my inconvenience, loss of time and loss of gas.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was told it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday. After hearing nothing to late afternoon on Thursday it took me 5 calls and until Friday to receive any information about my vehicle. Once receiving it on Saturday I had to wait longer at the dealership as the mechanics had misaligned the subframe to the point where the power steering was effectively non functional. Finally, I had to spend a few hours when I got home cleaning the interior of the vehicle due to the amount of stains. This was an extremely poor experience.
Ron was super and in charge and accommodating and businesslike and polite.
