This is my second time getting service at this location. The communication and customer service was horrible. I was told one thing and didn't receive a follow as I was told. Reached out to manager and left voicemail, no return call. My vehicle was down indefinitely, I reached out to try and get some help/ assistance with a rental and was left with no options. I had to engage corporate and headquarters to try and get help. Headquarters tried to help me but had to speak with dealer first, never got a response back.
Josef was very helpful and informative about the process.
Kept me updated on the status of my car.
