Josef is a very nice person. I have found the dealership is so much more expensive for service and repairs. Until the dealerships become competitive on repairs, there will be sceptisism on the part of customers, especially female customers. Honest service makes good buyers, especially female buyers.

I took my Niro in to have the door handles replaced due to a recall by Kia. I waited almost an hour to find out the parts were not in the dealership, even though I had an appointment and they could have been prepared for my appointment. I am very disappointed in the service provided.
