It takes too long to get an oil change.
The technicians had to remove my fuse box cover and some other compartment in the car. I got the car back without either one being reinstalled and the fuse cover lost. This was after my car was in for 3 weeks to resolve 3 issues, one of which i had to bring the car in 3 different times for anyone to recognize the noise.
Great service and recommendations for my vehicle.
It took 2 hours to get an "express" oil change. I think that is ridiculous. I had an appointment but it still took 2 hours. I've taken my car here every time since I purchased the car to get the oil changed . The wait has become longer and longer . I will probably go somewhere else in the future.

Ron was outstanding and awesome to work with. Courtesy shuttle was wonderful and dropped me off at work while returning to pick me up. Wonderful customer service and look forward to returning for my next service.

Ron was great. My issue was while waiting for my vehicle, and listening to the cashiers gossip and eat. In my opinion, employees should not eat in front of customers. Also, I’m disappointed that my vehicle was not washed. There were hand prints all over the car, even after the car being completed an hour after the time I was told it would be done.
I brought my car in for because of an engine light issue. Less than 24 hours after picking it up the engine light is back on again. I called the shop to make an appt to bring.it back in, but have not been able to get anyone on the phone in the Service dept.
