Have call back and try get up dates the cars in the Avis fleet. You you have high turn over and sometimes the person you left the car with has gone or moved to another department with the company.

I have had 4 instances in the last 2 months we're in the mornings when it is cold my car will not start. This is caused me many issues with being stranded and getting my kids to school. Kia was unable to make a diagnosis on my car even though there is clearly something wrong with it.

I was told last visit that my rear brakes needed to be replaced so the day before thanksgiving- I rushed to get it done . I even called to complain that I only had 22,000 miles and that seemed odd. The guy who helped me today was amazing and agreed - requested someone to review the brakes . Turns out I didn’t need them replaced . Customer service today was great. The downside is I had to take off of work for a service I was told I needed but didn’t ?!?
