The approx price that was suppose to be, because services were exchange from your charts of suggested services, became more that the amount that the person told me. Also, my car was 60,017 or 60,014 when I got to the dealer today. Today was the day that the appointment was available and because of that, some problems that I had weren’t cover/check. I always have done my services there. Not being covered by warranty when I couldn’t have an appointment available before, it’s not acceptable.

Ron was great! Explained everything to me when I Went in & kept me posted on the progress throughout The day & texted when it was ready. He was waiting on Me with my keys, walked me In to pay the cashier & walked me out to my car. He was very professional.

Ronald Thompson showed the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I have always had a problem with this dealership and he went beyond the call of duty. He kept every promise, made reasonable expectations, and explained everything to the fullest. I am grateful for him. He definitely should be acknowledged for an outstanding job in leadership. Kia service reps have been taking care of my 2013 Soul ( and me) since I purchased it almost 7 years ago. All highly ethical and Ron Thompson superb and your recently hired Josef Fraser also an asset to your company. I recently bought another Kia Soul 2920 and at Ron ‘s suggestion dealt with Zack Johnson in new sales and he was as good as Ron said and totally honest! Keep up the good work!

It took about 3+ hours to diagnose what was wrong with my car — when the check engine codes had already given a clue. I had an appointment at 11:30, so it seems like that was not honored. The last time I was at Kia it was a crazy and disappointing long wait!

This was my first visit. Josef provided excellent customer service. I appreciated his welcoming attitude, kindness and overall professional demeanor.
