I am so glad that l was blessed with the privilege to come in contact with Mr Fraser. Tried dealership where we purchased car about repairs and was treated super unprofessional. Called and spoke with Mr Fraser. He listened and was super helpful in getting my car repaired and checking on what options were available to me. Always professional and made sure mt car was repaired in a timely matter. He kept us updated on each step of the process. I would highly recommend Ed Voyles Kia because of the professionalism of Mr Frazer in the service dept. Knowing you have someone who will hear, listen and address your concerns, speaks volume to customer care. A big THANK YOU Mr Fraser!!!

Having the shuttle available to me is a terrific help.
My first attempt at getting my car serviced was at an appointment at 3pm. I was told they don’t have much staff then and we’re unsure if a technician would have time to look at my car to find out what was wrong. I was told I could wait a few hours but no guarantee my car would be seen. I was also informed you no longer offer loaner cars for service of more than a day. I made another appointment for 730 am. The staff were all late due to traffic so I had to leave my key in the drop box. I was called in a few hours later to let me know what was wrong with my car and a part needed to be ordered. My service advisor has been helpful but I’m unsure why have an appointment if you can’t provide service for the time the appointment is made referring to my 3pm one. On other occasions I have encountered problems too like waiting for 15 minutes to get someone to help me with a battery for my key fob. It is starting to seem like this location is becoming consistent with multiple problems. You are the closest dealer to where I live so If I go elsewhere it will make servicing my car more time consuming than it already is.

Ron Thompson gave me superior customer service today from the moment I dropped off my car to when I picked up my car. He was friendly, quick, and efficient! He even arranged to have Lyft take my sister and I to iHop for breakfast!????
