Almost 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil
Change. I am not satisfied with the service received today.
I feel like I have been jerked around since the end of July about my engine. I’ve been told twice I need a new engine and now here it is November and I have to do the oil consumption test. Phillip told me I “could just swing by every 1,000 miles” to see if the car is using oil. Yes, the car is using oil. Ed Voyles did my regular maintenance on July 3 and by the end of July there was no oil. I’ve brought it back twice with low oil. Now I have to drive from Dallas to Marietta every 1000 miles. It is not just a “swing by” situation. I wasn’t told I had to pay $5 per day for a rental car. Phillip said Enterprise would come pick me up at the dealership but failed to tell me I was going to have to pay. Cathy Srump has told me twice now that I need a new engine but nope now I have to do this oil consumption test. Aggravated beyond belief.
I came to the dealership right after the service and parts team was closing for the day. They saw my distress (my trunk wouldn’t close) and worked quickly to identify it wasn’t a quick fix. Philip helped me figure out my warranty in time to get the piece from parts and then the service department installed it quickly. I was not prepared to have this emergency service done, but the team was efficient in working with me to get it handled as quickly as possible. I really appreciated everyone’s help.
Philip was amazing and deserves a promotion!
Even though it took a longer than anticipated Philip kept me abreast of everything that was going on and made sure I knew what was happening with my car. Very good customer service.
I appreciate the prompt attention I was given - especially in light of the fact that did not make an appointment. The service was great all the way from beginning to end. I also appreciate the shuttle service to and from my home so I could wait there vs the waiting room. I’ll definitely be back!

My car sat there for 3 days before I decided to stop by and check if it were ready, I called twice for status only to be told that I would have to wait for a callback from my Service Representative, unfortunately these calls never came. I’m guessing that if I hadn’t stopped by my car would still be sitting there.
