I'm accustomed to sitting down with a service advisor and discussing my vehicle I their office. Instead, we had several short interactions in the customer lounge and I texted concerns to my advisor. Neither of my texted concerns were fixed or addressed.

Took 2 hours to get an oil change and headlight replaced. Was not given a price estimate before service. If I had known I would be charged $61 for a single headlight bulb I would have replaced it myself. Had to get bill adjusted since I was charged for an oil change even though It’s included in my service contract.
Cathy Stump and service team went above and beyond as my car had unusual problems due dealership negligence. It was fixed within two days and runs like a dream. Also provided preventive maintenance recommendations. Excellent service, quality care, 5 star service. Thank you Cathy, blessings to you in all you do????

I understand that Philip was out due to some emergency medical leave, but as a result I felt that my car kinda fell through the cracks for a few days...as I was not able to reach anyone who knew current status etc. In the end Rachel took over and the car appears to be fine now, but for a few days I felt kinda shuffled around. Hope all is well with Philip!
