They didn't fix the problem with the tire leak that has been a problem for weeks. I have repeatedly had to put air in it and find it incredible they couldn't find a problem. 5 days after getting the car back, I had to put it back in the shop because air was back down to 22lbs. Amazingly it was fixed June 3. Of they checked the computer system where the alerts kept coming in they would have seen that there was clearly a problem.

The car service was very good. Cathy is always attentive. However, as I drove out onto Cobb Parkway the tire pressure light warned me the tire was low. I had to turn around and she assisted in getting it fixed quickly.
I was shocked to see NO ONE in the service area wearing a mask. The pandemic still exists. Only the 3 customer(including myself) were wearing one. I will be sending a letter to corporate to express my disappointment. There were no stations for hand sanitizer near the entrance/exit or coffee station. There no visible trash cans and no notices on the doors and windows for how Ed Voyles was taking care of their customers during the pandemic.
Very disappointing.
