I wasn't told any sort of timeline when i brought my vehicle in nor told how many vehicles were in line in front of me. When i called to ask i was told it would be 4:30 . Why have appointment times that Don't reflect when a vehicle could reasonably be serviced?
They said they put a new engine in my car, I even was warned to purchase a new battery, although I probably didn’t really need one. Every single time I left my check engine light came back on. This is my third time back and I couldn’t be more upset.
Philip **** was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it without any issues

While the customer service of the advisor was great. I believe the cost for labor way to high. She brought it down a little but that didn’t help and I got two things done. A discount would of been nice. Also my gas tank was on full when I brought it in and under half when I picked it up. This should not be an acceptable practice. The tank should have been filled back up and when I mentioned it there was no offer to take care of it.
Vehicle pickup is improved but initial jerk at lower speed is still present and there is a new problem after the service, there is a noise near steering when I take right turn

Philip went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed in a timely fashion and put me in a temporary car while it was being fixed.

Thanks for the quarterly servicing with general oil change on Friday October 18. The wait was the longest I ever experienced!
I don’t mind this, however may I please report this about my Sonata ? There’s a noise coming from my engine since Saturday night the 19th, and I’m afraid to drive it all day Sunday and Monday morning.
I consider this an emergency which I am unable to troubleshoot, and I am planning to have it towed to your service location in Smyrna between 1030 and 12 pm on Monday October 21. Can you accommodate me for this problem?

Good day. I have been dissatisfied with the service all of 2019. I felt deceived by my previous advisor Rachel. For ex: I had a coupon for $199 for brake service, however was charged $285. Simple questions regarding my car were never answered. Rachel seeing my displeasure and with no clear reasoning, promised my next oil change would be free. Well of course she did not notate in my account and she was out on vacation. No biggie, it’s just an oil change, however I waited 3 hours for an oil change, and I had an appointment. Just shotty service all the way around. I have no issues with Cathy Stump. I have worked with her in the past and find her to be the utmost professional. I wish I would’ve continued with her earlier this year instead of making the mistake and dealing with Rachel. However, after waiting 3 hours for an oil change, after having an appointment, and showing up 20 minutes early to that appointment, not sure if I will continue my business with Ed Voyles.
It was not fixed and I was billed for the part. The error lights are still on
