It took 35 mins for someone to check me in after my car was taken to the back. They need a better system, or more people to assist customers when waiting to be checked in.

Andrew Brumfield was professional and helped me navigate my service options. He was thorough with explaining the process and recommendations for my car. He made me feel at ease.
Cathy comes off as a very helpful person but whenever I’ve expressed concerns with her she becomes very combative instead of helpful. Also my back light was damaged and she was suppose to call me back after technician arrived and I never received that call. Also she never really updated me about the vehicle as I would of thought I had to reach out to her several times.
She could be more helpful and less combative.

Took longer than expected; sun shades that were not in use upon arrival were left up in both rear windows, and lights that were on “auto” upon arrival were moved to another position which I did not realize until driving home from work needing them. Car was not washed???
