I was told that they cant balance my wheel and since they cant do that they cant give me an alignment, which I think they were trying to pressure me into getting an entire new rim even though there was no visible damage or warp to the rim. I atleast was able to get new tires but they didnt even wash the rims after. They still had lube from putting the tire on. On top of that I believe they didnt put it on the balance machine right because theres a scratch dug into the rim where its held in the balance machine. Plus I was still charged for the balancing of my tires even though they didnt balance them. There a lot of small things that just add up that Im not used to getting from other hyundai dealership locations.

I specifically asked several times and several people including the Service Director to make sure my engine was cleaned..The part that needed to be cleaned is underneath the plastic cover on top of the engine. I knew it had to be taken off in order to repair the timing seal leak. I really don’t appreciate the buildup of oil that’s there . This is an issue that was supposed to have been repaired in the first quarter of 2019. Last but not least I had to advise the service advisor to have it checked because their was a leak. So I’m trying to figure out what’s being done during the inspection. I’m not happy but I still make it my business to continue be loyal and to drive there even though I have a Hyundai dealership closer to my home.
I was not informed of the 27 point inspection and the cost.
Cathy is a great asset to the dealership. She is knowledgeable, courteous and very effective interacting with clients.
I have always been extremely impressed with the service I have received! Cathy is very pleasant and efficient. My problem is with the finance manager who TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED the maintenance package I purchased. I would certainly appreciate a call from someone in management to discuss this matter.

Felt rushed when checking in and speaking with my appointment manager, and in general a lack of friendliness from the staff at both dropout and pickup. Was charged for Campaign 953 work which should be under warranty, but I caught it during the checkout process.

Almost 3 hours wait for an oil change and tire rotation.
Good quick service, but was completely turned off by recommendations for services that my car supposedly "needed" even though I got them done a few weeks before bringing the car in for a check engine light. Was thereafter told that it was actually a different car that needed those services done when I confronted them about it, which is even more untrustworthy because if I didnt know better I wouldve lost a lot of money for no reason. Dont try to rob people of their hard earned money
The only real contact I had with her was when she came to tell me my car was ready.
