Cathy was cheerful , helpful, competent, and professional. She was interested to know that Enterprise refused to honor the $30 shop rate and attempted to grossly overcharge for a 2-day rental until this White-haired customer protested their Unbusiness-like tactics. I hope Cathy encourages the dealership to find a customer-friendly rental service.

Rachel is great. One negative I would comment is the wait for a oil change and tire rotation. It ended up being a 2 hour wait. Unacceptable

I explained that the oil light came on and I was still 150 miles from my oil change. My car sat outside for 30 minutes when they were done and the service manager never called me over. I heard my name mentioned at the cashier window as the associate at the window thought that the person there was for my car. She never called my name in the waiting area. I approached her and asked if she said my name and the car was ready.... She was very unfriendly! I went to the office of the service manager and asked about the oil light coming on......short clipped answer. I am very disappointed in the service today!!! I still feel that the car idles tooo loud!
