My appointment was for 12 noon for just a oil change. My car was not ready until after 3pm which made me late for work. Cathy ease the situation and rectified it by giving me a free oil change. All's well that ended well..

This is the 3 time I have had my vehicle at the dealership for service (my old car and my newer car). Each time I had to call multiple times and sit on hold for lengthy periods of time to get a status update. Each service specialist told me that they would contact me and keep me up to date but it doesn’t happen. It isn’t great customer service if they state they will do something but don’t repeatedly. Philip was kind and informative when we did speak. Something has to be done about the phone system and communication with the customers

Firstly, it was difficult to get any information or return calls from Phillip **** to obtain details on what repairs were required. Then, although it was a major repair, it took much longer than I expected for completition, approximately 3 weeks. The car was promised at least 3 different days but not ready. I was told the car would be "totally detailed" before it was completed. Not only was it NOT detailed, it wasn't even washed or vacuumed; there was a piece of the dashboard panel that had not been put back on. (We found the "missing" panel piece left in the door pocket instead and had another repair business replace the panel piece.) When my daughter went to pick up the car, one tire was extremely low on air - nearly flat and the car was running on fumes - gas gauge was flat on empty. My daughter was afraid she would run out of gas before she could find a gas station (and then had to find a place to put air in the tire before she felt safe to drive it home). I found this totally unacceptable, especially considering the almost $4,000 we paid for your services and the length of time we waited for repairs to be done. I would not recommend your repair service to anyone who may ask me due to these issues. Thank you for asking for my feedback. I hope this will help you.
Moon roof open, it came in closed. Seat adjusted not for me and auto lights turned off.
Not asking for a lot, but I will have trouble spending my hard earned with a business that shows no respect!!
I have a gas cap that failed on the emission testing that is under warranty. I went and sat for a new gas cap to find out because they couldn't get an evap code they couldn't replace it. But I had my emissions paper stating that it had failed. So they reset my car send told me to drive it 100 miles then get it retested. So I wasted an hour of my day to get no gas cap. For as much as I pay for my car they should have just replaced my gas cap.
