Quick service! Kind staff! This was HUGE for me considering poor service and ridiculously long wait times I've experienced at another local Hyundai dealership.
When I went from a lease to purchase, my service warranty continued for 5 years and I was given an employees warranty to cover everything else. I feel that I was totally disregarded today and my concerns were dismissed.
Well, all in all it was pretty average, nothing in particular outstanding, neither positive nor negative.
Waittime was immense for a regular service and one diagnostic. More than two hours is simply too much.
A glance into the shop after about one hour proved that no one even started to work on the vehicle.
Need better communication but good customer service
I wasn’t called when my car was ready. I had to come in after the service center already closed and found my car keys sitting on the front table for anyone to take. I thought I had been told on the phone that my keys would be left with someone at the sales center and that I would be called back with the person’s name.
Cathy was awesome! She was super helpful, kind and helped me through the entire service. I may be calling you all again on Monday as the burning smell that I thought was coming from my brakes is still there. Ideally this would've been investigated over the three days the car was being serviced. Of course this had nothing to do with how great Cathy’s service was.
My car was brought to the pick up area and my keys stayed on the desk for 20 mins and there was only me and another man in there. He eventually came back. They were sat on the desk for about 10mins until he decided to get up and do something else. Then when he finally gave it to the cashier. Then the cashier did what she needed to do to prepare me for check but never called my name so a lady randomly walk up about 10mins after she got my keys and she wanted to see if her car was ready. I was irritated so after that lady left. I did the same they were ready the whole time but I wasn’t given any acknowledgment that I should check out. Overall a very irritating experience.

She has always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is well taken care of. I’ve have not once been disappointed with how her costumer services is.

The service mngr, Joseph Varner was great! He quickly took control of the situation rather than relying on someone else to get it done. Joseph went above & beyond to help us with our reoccurring problem with the 2018 Tucson Sport issues. We were impressed his customer service/communication & willingness to listen to our concerns. The issue has yet to be resolved but I am willing to go back to Ed Voyles vs going back to the dealership I purchased the car from.
