1. I’m almost positive my tires were not rotated although they were supposed to have been. I have a damaged wheel that when I brought the vehicle in today was on the passenger side rear. That same wheel is still there.
2. I feel like I was swindled by the purchase salesman and the person in the finance department. I purchased the vehicle maintenance package when I bought the vehicle and at the time was assured the package completely covered all routine maintenance. Today when I was told my vehicle service was complete the cashier advised I owed over $35.00 for the air filter I asked to be replaced. When I questioned her and Mr. ****, they should me a list of what was covered, and obviously the air filter is not. I was and still are furious that I wasted over $800.00 purchasing this worthless maintenance package, especially now that I know what it covers. Also, today’s charge to replace the filter was $15.00. REALLY, it takes less than 1 minute to open the filter housing, remove the old filter, insert the new one, and shut the housing. Shame on Voyles for this exorbitant charge.
I am not blaming Mr. **** for the maintenance package issue.

The cost for my oil filter was rather high. I was informed about other factors that I should consider getting serviced but the costs were outrageous. So, I had to decline. I was disappointed that I was unable to locate any service specials or coupons to assist with lowering the costs. After speaking with some of the customers in the waiting area, I see why many choose to get there vehicle service at other places. I will say that the people I encountered from the man who greeted me at my vehicle to the cashier were very personable.

When I left, I turned on the air, well there was a loud noise blowing from the unit that was replaced, I called and had to return to see why the loud noise. I would think that you would test what was replaced or repaired. This was an inconvenient for me to return to the dealer
Phil fulfilled my requests, but I had to initiate all communication throughout the vehicle assessment, warranty covered car rental, and vehicle pickup phases. Due to the extensive labor that my vehicle required, I recommend an increase service mechanics be added to Seevice Dept- I know that my vehicle was not the only one requiring over 2 weeks at your shop!
