Service was excellent. Car was immaculate when I left the dealership. They were was off on time estimate. Quoted 30 min and took 75 minutes and wAs only ready when I inquired. No update while waiting
David went the extra mile to make sure everything was done and answered all my questions. In addition he did research to find a warranty and I greatly appreciate that as a one income house. David is a great addition to your team. I've not been happy in the past and David has made great improvements
We purchased a 2011 Jetta used for our 16 year old son and took to Tom Wood in Noblesville for an oil change and diagnostic test on the check engine light. Dave provided an itemized list of the issues with the car and his recommendations. The repairs were made and will return for other repair items in the near future. We had a great experience and would recommend Dave and the service team to others. Thank you!
I had an appointment for an oil change on September 18, 2019 for 9:30am. I brought the car in at 9:00am. David told me it might be noon. My car was not done until 4:00pm. This was an oil change! What might I except if it was something major?

Took too long to diagnose issue - had car for a week without any progress. Took the car elsewhere and the problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered within a few hours. Feel like I was ripped off for the 325 diagnostic fee for a problem that your technicians knew they were not qualified to resolve - should have just been transparent and referred me elsewhere

I was frustrated from the start. I was told we didn’t have the extended warranty and would have to pay for the new transmission. We bought the warranty at your dealership! Paperwork isn’t the best since this has happened in the past w this dealership for a different part. Also we brought the car in to have the drivers side headlamp fixed , and got home the daylight running light on drivers side is now out. We keep having problems w that side of the car and I mentioned it could be a wiring problem but was told the bulb was replaced and everything is fine.
Overall the experience was mediocre at best
