car repair was not completed on the day promised but two full days later also i was never offered a courtesy car or rental while the car was in the shop for five days

One area that raised some concern with me was the body warranty that came with my 2010 Jetta and lack of communication. When I brought up the small area of rust on my hood last year to the service mgr., he mentioned that something of the size I pointed out would require repainting the entire hood, however no mention of the work being covered by any warranty. I am now out of the warranty window and am left with repairing this at my own expense. Is there any way to get some assistance with this?

You were unable to duplicate the sound my car was making. On my way home to Muncie it started doing it again. I don’t fault your service department as the problem has always been intermittent. I would bring my car back if the current problem continues or if something else arises.

I worked with the service department for my tire replacement before bringing the vehicle in. The team was great about checking to see if the tire was in stock and pricing what I wanted in order to make coming in seamless. After the tire replacement was complete, I immediately noticed the cost was much hire than what was discussed previously. This was because a more expensive tire was put in. There seemed to be a misunderstanding about what tire I asked for although those details were worked out before I came in. I felt I had to prove myself that I asked for a less expensive tire. It wasn't until one of the team members came to verify that I was telling the truth by showing the notes from the previous conversation, that the price was adjusted. I wish I didn't have to prove my case and although the price was adjusted, I still am left with the wrong tire, a more expensive tire. When I purchase the other three tires in the near future, I'm forced to by a more expensive tire because the wrong tire was put on.

My service appointment was at 7:30am. It took 7 hours. My husband had an appointment at 9:30 am. His car was finished before my car was even started. I am still not sure why my car took so long. There wasn’t much communication.

This was my first visit to this location, rather than the 96th St. location. I thought 96th st would be a tough act to follow. My compliments to the service advisor, and technician. The car was returned to me washed and vacuumed, and the service was preformed as discussed and on budget. Based on my experience yesterday I’m not quite sure why dealerships in general have such a poor reputation on the “online” forums. Jamie Goldberg

When talking with the scheduler I let them know I wanted to get my dents popped out per my Zylon warranty. I was scheduled but then told when I drove 40 mins to get to my appt that the dent guy only comes on wednesdays (it was a Monday). They did my oil change which I was told when I purchased my car that the first was free. Then I was told it wasn’t free and cost $113. None of this was communicated before hand. AND I find out that I have to go the the body shop to get my dents out by my warranty. This was such a disappointed experience. I won’t be returning for future oil changes.
