Rod was very helpful in finding me a quiet empty office area to work in as I waited for my car. In the long term, this location is problematic for waiting, though, in that there is no quiet area to set up a laptop at a real desk with nearby electrical outlets. The tall round tables are not suitable for business work (too small, no privacy, no electrical outlet), and most of the waiting room chairs are not near suitable desks or electrical outlets. Kudos to Rod for providing a satisfactory solution for me on the day of my service, but this is a larger issue for the facility manager to look at.
Positives: reception at 7:30, shuttle service at 8:00, quality of work done on car, price OK. Big downside was the tail-end experience. Received text at 12:06 that car was ready. I was ****, did not see text right away. Called at 12:52 to request shuttle pickup; human connected me with Service, got voicemail, asked for callback if a long delay. Nothing heard by 2:00, called again, spoke to someone in Service, did not catch name. First told no shuttle service available. When I mentioned Luke’s name (AM shuttle), told it would be 40 minutes minimum before he could get me. I should have been called after 12:52 call/vmx and told this. Being very frustrated after 2:00 conversation, I chose to walk back, took 1 hour from Noblesville library. I’m a backpacker, walking was not the major issue. It is the no-response to my first call and subsequent delay leading up to and during my second call. I could have been on my way at 1:30 instead of 3:15.
Erick did a nice job of advocating on our behalf to do right thing on a safety device replacement on our new 2019 beetle (less than 700 miles) not functioning properly. Thanks Erick!
It is always good to see Erick. He is one of the managers of the service area, and he always does a great job of making us feel welcome. He deserves some kudos for always being professional, even when things don't go quite right. Our visit was fantastic. Thank you for servicing our car.

The customer service rep is not friendly at all. You put a guy to greed people when it appears he does not enjoy his job. I always go to Tom Wood on 96. It is clear to me that I am not coming back to Noblesville despite the fact that it is closer to my house.

We had a check engine light on and no information was given as to what this light means. Other than that, everything was great
Erick was able to get my car in a couple of weeks earlier than originally set. I was frustrated by not receiving any call back after leaving several messages requesting a return call to set an appointment. I’m not sure now if I was calling the 96th Street service or Noblesville since I only was able to talk to one person, only to find out I had called 96th by mistake. She was very kind and transferred me to the Noblesville service. Chatting online and leaving my number at least twice did not result in any return call. I was beginning to think no one wanted my business. However, once I did talk to someone, the service was very good.
Eric did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the progress of the service and the cost.
Rod my service manager who babysat my vehicle for a week and a half or so did a superb job. He is very professional and attentive to our needs. He is a great service provider!
