When I called to schedule service I was quoted one price for service and was told lube, oil & filter were the only things necessary based on my current mileage and based on what was during my last service at your location. Only to be shown a much higher price ($404 vs $169) when I arrived for my appointment. Was told my spark plugs had to be replace with only 26k miles on them “due to their age”. Contrary to anything I can find on the internet that says this decision should be based on actual mileage. Once the service was completed I was told my alignment failed and asked if I wanted to pay more to have it realigned. I had an alignment done last year, by your service dept. The car only has 4K more miles on it since the last service at your service center. It is used for city driving. Never goes on the highway. It has never hit any potholes or been in any accidents since the last alignment a year ago. So either you did a horrible job with the alignment last year or you purposely try and find “issues” so that you can run up the bills for your customers. I do not feel you have my best interests in mind and are only looking for ways to get more and more money out of your customers.

And was completed in a timely manner

Tried to sell me on a brake fluid change before the VW recommended time frame or even looking at the car. This is why it’s hard to trust dealers...I’ll have to go elsewhere for service.

Completely would mean had no frustrations or issues. Positives to my visit: The customer service waiting area is comfortable and has many amenities. The service dept met all my concerns and addressed some I was unaware of. The personnel are very accommodating and pleasant. The facility is close to home and has ease of making an appt. Negatives: I was there over an hour before I had an idea of what was taking so long and I had to inquire at that point. There was no one at the service dept desk when I arrived. The confirmation email I received had the address of the service dept at 96th street, not Noblesville making a concern that they had me at the right place. Luckily, they did. Had I been in a hurry, it may have been an issue. All in all, I will still book my next appt at the TW VW Noblesville. I have been a repeat client and they have treated me with the service, speed and professionalism I needed previously.
