We brought the vehicle in for a recall but the week prior it had to be jump started so we asked for the battery to be checked. We were assured it would be and when I called letting the service dept know that I would need the keys left in the vehicle because I would be picking it up the next day I asked if the battery had been checked and what the findings were. I was placed on hold and told the battery was fine. Yesterday my daughter called saying her car would not start. The battery was so dead it could not even be jumped and we had to purchase and install a new battery in a dark parking lot. This was just one day after being told the battery was fine. Disappointing experience as we do not feel that the battery was checked as requested.

My car was there for over 3 weeks, nobody seemed to care about contacting me telling what was going on with it, I was charged $300 dollars and nothing was done to my car when I tried to start it it was dead which indicated to me that the car had not been moved in some time, I believed I was ripped off and will never darken your doors for anything.

Erick got me signed in quickly for my oil change. He let me know a recall part had been received and that they would be able to replace that after the oil change. Very courteous and friendly.

Erick was very nice and made sure my vehicle was in and out quickly (I had a vet appt. directly after my oil change). He treated me like a person and not just another job. I really appreciated that. Customer service is lost it seems nowadays, but not at Tom Wood Noblesville. Erick is a big part of that! He, and the rest of the team, didn’t even mind that I brought my dog!
