Erick took the time to listen to my needs as I was on a limited budget. Erick went beyond my expectations by getting my car fixed within my budget while finding every coupon and discount available too me meeting my budget goal. I’m glad I went to Tom Wood VW and please see Erick!

Due to the uncertainty of the parts arrival to complete the work was highly undesirable. After the third day of having my car ****, I finally had to request a loner car or I would rent one myself because I had appointments already made and needed transportation. I realize getting the battery and not properly diagnosing the ignition switch did not bode well as my first experience with Tom Wood. Since, you are the only player in town, although, there is Reggies’ VW. Not sure what course I will take in the future. Otherwise, my overall experience with the completeness of the repairs seem to be done. Thank you for viewing my concerns.

Took a leaking tire in to be patched/plugged. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before they started it was not in a repairable location.

I experienced courteous and efficient service from this department at VW Noblesville. Having been there a couple times in the past month for tires and scheduled maintenance, I can attest that Manager Pete's top priority is customer care. Erick exemplified this from start to finish. Not only was he personable, he made sure my car would be ready in enough time to make my next appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very disorganized. Couldn’t find previous service reports. Didn’t feel like people were knowledgeable. I’m usually I feel very comfortable with the service department, but unfortunately, I left feeling very uncertain. I understand there have been some employee changes in the department; hopefully everything gets resolved.

The service to my car was fine so far. I’ve only had my car back 24 hours. I know there were some issues with employees this week but I feel more should have been done to keep the car owners informed. My car was scheduled 8:00 Monday morning. It wasn’t serviced until Wednesday afternoon. All communication was from me calling. No one from the service department called me and when I left a message there was no return call. I happened to have an extra vehicle so it was not an inconvenience, however, I’m sure many people were inconvenienced.
