Kyle Jones took care of us and we were very satisfied.
Since we live far away we must wait for our car and we mentioned a previous time we were left waiting for over an hour after the car was finished. Kyle made sure that did not happen again this time.
He also explained the work done and the fact no other items were now due.

We had an appointment and was quoted a 1 hour wait time. It took over 2 1/2 hours to do a simple oil change.

Called in for a service Tuesday , got the 2:00 pm appt.Waited in your lounge area 1-1/2 hours a short wait..Wade the Service Managerand his team all seemed happy.Greetings etc. .TV on the Food Network nice "Neutral" touch on our political environment.All was good. Service etc good car wash.etc

I asked about an issue I’m having with the audio system and it was not addressed.
I called originally to find out if my tire rotation was covered by purchasing my tires at Toyota and they told me it was covered. However, after the service the were going to charge me $29.99 so I inquired again as to whether the service was covered by the purchase of the tires. Then she came back with a $0 bill. It was just an inconvenience while being the with my 2 year old to have tti wait even longer to get the bill rectified. Once I got home I realized I didn't put my floor mats back so I went to the trunk to retrieve them since that's where I normally find them after a service. They're not anywhere in my van and the service team so far has been unable to find them.
Service order shows that the freshener for cabin air was asked to be dispensed but it was not done. Just filters changed. I wasn’t charged for service, however when asked for something I would like to see it completed. Not service writers fault. It was technician who completed job who didn’t read order correctly and complete desired service.

I had asked to have my vehicle washed and it was not, and the reminder of when next service is due was not replaced. Seems like the people doing the actually service we’re not very thorough. The old one is still stuck on the inside of the windshield. Makes me wonder if the complete service due today was actually done. No need to call me; I just think it’s important that you know.
