Did not smile cold greeting he questioned my appointment time and requested confirmation number. By the way I scheduled my appointment with other technician Mr. Kreamer. What was the point of that If I ended up with grumpy. Arrived at 815 appt.930am completed at 1050 am car now t cleaned inside. This was my last scheduled maintenance appt. and was not a good experience.

Will had a coutrtisy driver give me ride home and called me when the car was completed and again had the driver pick my up when the car was ready. He called me to notify me tell me that the car needed a new cabin filter. I told him to go ahead and replace the cabin filter. Will was very professional doing his job.

The person who checked me in told me I would receive a certificate of completion for the recall service. No certificate was offered. I had to ask for it after the service was finished. and then the

Hard to contact, call 5 to 6 time and leave voicemail as well but no return call. Check with other they said he back but still didn’t answer my call.
