Dallas helped me with my battery. He has helped me with previous repairs as well. I feel he goes the extra mile to help which I appreciate so much. Your employees can be a bit more courteous toward customers. My 2019 RAV 4 driver side car seat has been faulty. It’s the second time I had to get it fixed and it has not been a year yet. The people at front spoke to me like it was my fault that it broke down. When I asked how does the warranty works on car seats and Instead of giving me straight answer I was told “it depends whether outside force is the reason of the fault”. I said ok what if it breaks down again like how it did twice cause all I did was adjusting my car seat. I was told again it just depends. Honestly why would I break my seat on purpose. I weigh under 175 pounds so definitely not my weight causing the problem. I hate to go back and deal with this rudeness and waste my time. Time is valuable and if someone is brining their car to the dealership they are not happy especially when the car is not even a year old. I just hope I won’t have to go back again. Thank you

The wait was too long for an oil change!! Had an appointment at 11:30am and was there until 2:30pm!! Other than that, everything else was ok!! Thank you!!
