Service was quick and easy, advisor #1021( William Kreamer)did an outstanding job! He checked me in suggested some important other items to be looked at. Had everything ready, before his estimated time. Great job I will be back!!!!!

My service was never done. I took the day off work to get it done after I was called and asked to make an appointment. When I arrived I was told they left me a message that the parts needed for my recall were not in. I did not receive the message since I had been on the phone all morning trying to make up the work I was missing to have the Service completed. When I did check the message was at 8:22. My appointment was 8:45. This is after I was called and text multiple times to remind me of my appointment. This is unacceptable and I will not be using Yuba City for any of my service again.
Kyle was great. The only feedback to Toyota (in general) would be to add a basic car wash. That would take you guys from a 9/10 to a 10/10 for sure.
I made an appointment with Service to with my vehicle first thing in the morning. I was informed it would take 1 hr 30 mins. I decided to wait. After 2 hrs 30 mins i asked for an update from the Service Advisor. He told me i wasn't his Service Advisor. I went to my supposed Service Advisor and he didn't know anything about my vehicle. I was back to the first one and he told me it would be another 1 hr. I asked to be taken home as i had worked a midnight shift an was tired. I get a text at 4pm my vehicle was completed. I wish i could take my vehicle to another non dealership business, but the service was priced into the vehicle when it was purchased.
I was called by what I have now been told was Toyota corporate, to schedule the Takata airbag recall for my 2016 4Runner. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the service center didn’t have the parts necessary to complete the recall. I was then given the option to leave the vehicle overnight, so they could order the parts and complete the service. They would give me a rental to use until the recall was completed. 20 minutes later, I was told there were no rental vehicles available. At this point I left. There apparently needs to be better communication between Toyota Corporate, and their dealerships.
Dallas and others in office were great. When I make an appointment for Sat morning at 8:15, I'm not sure why it should take 2hrs & 5min to get the car done. If I didn't have a service contract and car under warranty I wouldn't be going there. I also have a Toyota Tacoma and Chevy Tahoe but I take them elsewhere

I was asked to verify the best contact number to reach me for the day of my cars service. I have my cell phone, yet the service writer had all corresponding texts going to my husbands phone. If that would’ve been the best phone number, I would’ve given that number. Then I told the service writer I would need a ride back to retrieve my car when service was completed. I let him know I got off of work at 3:30 pm and if my car was not ready by then, I would need a ride back. I attempted to phone the service writer and service department 3 times from 3:30-3:50pm about my vehicle’s status and a ride- to no avail. I had to call my husband at 3:45 pm who had already left work and gone to complete the afternoon activities our daughter is involved in, to return to pick me up. When o arrived I arrived to the service department, I was greeted by Kyle who was extremely apologetic for my experience. He went to find out the status of my vehicle and was able to tell me it was out for a test run. I was fine with being picked up and waiting for my vehicle, what was not ok was being left at work. Had my husband been out of town, I would’ve been stranded at work after hours. When the service writer came to let me know the car was ready, he would not look my in the face nor did I receive an apology from him.
The rest of the staff was great!
I had no service appt. And even so, I was accommodated immediately. Granted, I waited over 2 hours for the oil change but at least I wasn't turned away.

Wade is incredible. It seems that he is always rescuing me from every car related anxiety provoking situation that I have. He makes a molehill out of a mountain.
We appreciate Dallas as an employee for Yuba City Toyota. He takes the time to answer our questions and has never made us think our questions are silly. He has always been professional and answered our questions to which we have understood exactly what was happening to our car. Thank you for your time, Scott and Amanda F
