A comment. I was called day before about 2pm. Then at nite about 7 pm got an email and said yes. Then today @ exactly 8am got a call with no message. I called I think Janet and she said the auto system not working right. I thought Yuba City T was cancelling my appointment. One two many phone calls... thanks Gary Dallas top service advisor I think!

The truck that was being serviced is a company vehicle. I asked him to make sure the truck number and cost center number was on the receipt. That is how they keep track of it in the system. When I went to cashier to sin, No truck number or cost center number. I asked the lady if she could put the number on receipt. She informed me I would have to ask the guy that attended me. I went and asked him to please put it, after I had asked him to do so from the beginning. Well, he said he couldn’t. That I would have to write on the receipt and turn it in that way. I did not know it was so difficult to put a number on a receipt. I looked on there and there is information left blank. Like license plate number, P.O. Number, etc. You would think after our company has bought bunch of new trucks for our company. A company like this can be more professional and at least be willing to put a stupid truck number on a invoice...

Dallas did everything right. Wish the service department gave info on the vehicle like some dealerships do saying how the whole body is doing rather than if they see something just to see how much wear is all around m. But so far happy

Vehicle not washed, service was in for a factory recall but a wash job would have been "Nice"..Everything else was great, vehicle was in and out in a timely manner, staff was polite, wait room was comfortable, but a washed car would have the icing on the cake...
