Dallas was supposed to get back to me on some warranty questions I had about the grill that has the chrome bubbling up on it, I bought it like that and the salesman said "no problem we can get that fixed" also the rubber molding on the roof flew off in a car wash, easy fix...and the maintenance required soon light just came on a week after I got a service and oil change...

My car pulsated while braking! Resurfacing the rotors corrected it. This was covered under warranty to my satisfaction. I also explained that my car vibrated during driving and thought maybe my tires needed spin balancing. After my car was done, I was called and told an alignment had been done costing me money. It would have been nice to be told before that particular work was done. Plus I felt it was just a way to make the dealership money since the rotor job was covered!
I can always count on Matpal to take care of me. He represents Toyota well
