Dallas is absolutely amazing. He takes your concerns to high regard. Makes sure that your concerns are addressed and explained. He is very attentive to his customers and a huge reason why we continue to return to have our tundra serviced at the dealership. Dallas is a 5star employee and in my opinion an asset any company would love to have.
I like the text updates and I am most happy with nice and flexible the staff are! I was late getting my car and they left the keys with sales and all my paperwork was ready. I wish I knew her name but the bondish girl with long hair and and the brunette were so very nice. My checkin guy was very nice and the whole experience was so smooth and professional! You all are nailing it - good customer service, good feedback/level setting expectation and very friendly staff and the sales people were even super nice even though I was interrupting their supper. :)
Appointment was at 9. Left there at 11. Stayed a little longer than I wanted too. But all in all, good service. Kyle was nice to work with
overall, very very good. the one disappointing issue was when I got into my car after picking it up there was grease marks on the upholstered arm rest. probably the mechanic had some grease on his arms ir elbow and when moved car got it on the arm rest. Not cool. Overall though very plessed. You just need to let staff know to be more cognizant that they may have dirty arms.
Made an appointment for 11:30 didn’t get my car back until 5 hours later when I asked the service associate when my car will be done he responded & said “we’ll people have been waiting here since 9 this morning so it’s not that bad for you.” Very rude employees & not helpful or friendly at all. Definitely will not be back for any more services.
I sat in your waiting room over two hours. Your report said I needed two things: an air filter and a light assembly replaced, but you never asked me if I wanted them done. I now need to make a second trip to get them repaired.
Will does a great job of keeping his customers advised of the status of their vehicle and any unknown issues. Kudos to Will and the entire Toyota Service Dept. Thank you.
We waited 5 hours for the car. Wasn't notified in advance that there was a recall for the car and it would take so long.
Your service is professional and trusted but it is expensive and not competitive. Maybe some Toyota car owners with good income afford your professional service but not all those who drive TOYOTA cars.
