Yuba City Toyota Auto Repair Service

I was a walk in and was told it would take 2.5 to 3 hours for the oil change so decided to wait. It took 4 hours. I arrived at the dealership at 7:20am and was the 2nd vehicle in line and I left at 12:04pm. I would have much rather been told we can’t do the vehicle today. After 3.5 hours I went up to check status on vehicle and Dallas acted like he had never seen me? He went back to check on vehicle. Personally, I don’t think it was even started because on my slip it said promised time 5:00pm. More importantly I gave specific instructions more then once to Dallas to NOT wash the vehicle. It was washed anyways! It is a dark color and scratches show easily. I deal in customer service for a living and I felt more of a bother to him that I didn’t have an appointment. Customers have choices where they go for service and buy cars. We only buy and drive Toyota’s. We have received much better service in Sacramento and felt like they wanted our business.... .

Matt the service rep is always very helpful Matt explains the repairs the cost and how long it will take to get the vehicle back and is always accurate except sometimes I get the vehicle back earlier than what he says which is even better. Matt always reminds me of future service requirements that need to be done with the vehicle. This is very helpful because I am very busy
