I am always happy with Matt's service & advice. He was especially helpful on a day that I wasn't feeling well. He suggested a rental car so I could get home to bed while my car was being serviced. I was able to get a much needed sleep . I was able to get my car back the next day . A kind gesture. Quality service.
Over and above service by providing me a car for the 4 hour service, completed exactly when told it would be and my truck was washed and looked great!
Only issue I had was reading the list of green yellow and reds and what they mean. Your previous software was easier to understand.

We waited over 3.5hrs for a simple routine maintenance on a vehicle we recently purchased from your location in January. It was not as busy as we have seen it in the past and only 1 vehicle ahead of us in line. We were told multiple times it would be done within a time frame that could not be delivered. Mandeep, did have great attention to detail and excellent customer service when I approached him in person. This is not the first time as I have waited 4.5 hours for an oil change another time with a different vehicle of ours.
I am not satisfied with your service because I dropped my pickup truck at 10:00 a.m and they said that my pickup truck would be ready by 2 hours. Then no one called me to tell me that my pickup truck is ready. So, I went myself to pick up my truck at 5:45. I was thinking to buy another truck from the Toyota company because I was with the Toyota family since 2008 and I am still with them, but I don’t think I will buy an another truck if they continue doing bad service. They also told me that they will wash my truck but they didn’t.

My truck wasn’t washed and the antenna was left in my truck. I feel that i have received better service in the past. I have been bringing that truck there since 2013 and this was the worst I have experienced.

I liked the fact that a “reminder” was put on my windshield. I always go by those instead of waiting for the oil light to come on. I’d rather not be out of town and have my light come on. Anyways, I DO NOT like waiting 2 hrs for an oil change and a tire rotation especially to be told that they couldn’t do the rotation because they couldn’t find my lock key or whatever it’s called. For some reason it wasn’t in my truck. I usually ask how long it will take but not today. 2 hrs went by and I decided to ask. I usually LOVE taking my truck to this dealership. I like to go here since I have a Toyota and I usually get a complimentary car wash which is also why I chose this dealership. Do you have to ask for one?
