I had an appointment at 1pm to get my car serviced. It was in need of an oil change. I did not get my car back till just after 4pm. I sat at the dealer the whole time. I was just baffled that the service took so long. It was frustrating! If I didn't have a warranty through Toyota, I would take my car somewhere else where they are more prompt; especially considering I had an appointment.

Your reminder service isn’t effective. It sent me a reminder at 11:17 for a 10:30 appointment.
Also, someone called me at 7:45am to ask if I was going to be at the appointment. 7:45 on Saturday is crazy!

With an appointment it took almost 2 hours for them to finish a standard oil change/service on my car. Once, when I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in It only took 45 minutes. Ridiculous.
Will provided excellent customer service and treated me as a valued customer.
