I did not have an appointment when I brought my truck in for service but Kyle took good care of me and said he would work me into the schedule get the service done in a couple of hours. Then he arranged transportation, he just took care of me. I appreciated his positive attitude. Thank you

The appt took 2 1/2 hours. Way too long for a simple maintenance. I also requested the inside of my car be cleaned. This was not done.

My appointment was for 7:30am and they didn’t even look at my car until 12:00pm. Matt sent me a text message asking if I had any questions and then did not respond to my questions. I finally heard back from him at 2:30 PM at which point he stated that Toyota did not have the proper equipment, tools, or know how to service my Nissan that I bought from you and have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on. He stated that the service manager had spoken to the service manager at Nissan and that I could take it there and have it serviced under the warranty. He also stated that for any future warranty work that is too big of a job such as engine repair, transmission, etc. That I need to take it to Nissan and only bring it to Yuba City Toyota for small things such as tire rotation and oil changes. I would assume that since I bought the car from your dealership and the warrantee from your dealership that you would have mechanics that know how to work on all makes and models of vehicles. If I could I would give the car back and cancel my loan I am so disappointed in the service I received today.

It was a very bad experience. Representative refused to answer direct questions about the service on my vehicle. Waited for hours even though I had an appointment and the vehicle still does not have oil change. Told me to come back Thursday afternoon. Told me could not keep parts in stock because of the shelf life. Ha ha.....told me had no record of the type of engine in my vehicle and was unable to order parts unless the car was on the lot. It was ridiculous. Never once apologized or offered to make things right. Very sexist in my opinion. Never would have talked to a man the way he talked to me.

First of all there were three guys sitting on the chair not even answering phone looking the papers I am not sure but till 10 minutes no hello or hi. Then I go ahead go to one of the guy and told him I need service he said it’s can be more than two hours I said okay can I get ride he said our shuttle is not here I said that’s fine I can wait. I waited service was done I saw my vehicle in the parking lot. I waited for 15 minutes so he is going to call me but not then I go back to him and asked him how long it will take he said you have to wait let me finish something. The guy was behind me his truck came out from service after me he did his paperwork before me. I don’t know it’s because of my color. Anyway I will choose my service somewhere else. Thanks

I was not happy getting the extra key without the clicker. They are supposed to get back with sometime next week. The service was fine just not happy not gting the extra key without the clicker.

The service person forgot to reset the maintainance required light and I had to make a second trip to the dealership to have it reset. Bill was gracious and apologized.

I spent over $600 on service for my car. When dropping off my car I asked if there were any service specials or discounts. Was told no. I later overheard other service advisors telling customers of some discounts and also offering a free car wash. This won’t stop me from using this service center, but I will not deal with this service advisor again. I also asked advisor to delete erroneous email connected to my account when I dropped my car off, yet it was still on my paperwork when I paid for my service hours later. I want it deleted please.
