Told twice my appointment would be 11/2 to max 2 hours long. At 3 hours I asked one of the service representatives how much longer. He was not very friendly. At 1st he just stared at me then finally asked what I needed. I informed him that I had been waiting for 3 hours for a service that I was told would take no longer than 2 hours. Wanted to know what was the hold up and how much longer. He checked and curtly replied that my paperwork was been brought in and it would be a couple minutes. 15-20 minutes later I was informed my vehicle was ready. If the service is going to take longer than estimated it would be greatly appreciated to let the client know

You are always about 45 minutes longer then you quote. As I got up to sign out. Second s my pier one shopping bag was taken. Not a good day ????

I appreciate the opportunity to express my opinion. I have only one comment or question regarding tire rotation and how it relates to the last two service appointments at Yuba city Toyota. I wanted the technicians perform the tire rotation on the last two visits and noticed tires were only rotated front to back, back to front and not crossing the fronts before moving them to the rear. Should t the right front rotate to the left rear and the left front rotate to the right rear? Then move the original rear straight forward to the front?

I had the best experience someone could have when you're truck is not running right and the check engine light is on you get frustrated especially when you only have a little over 40 thousand miles but I went to my local Toyota dealer and I went straight to kyle Jones why because I have been dealing with him for over 15yrs and he has always handled everything very professionally and always puts me on the right track. Toyota is lucky to have a great guy like kyle working for them.I actually enjoy coming in for my regular services. Don't want to right a book but I could say more I'll end by saying that I'm fully satisfied with everything and I hope kyle gets the notice he deserves for helping not just me but all his customers. Thank you but really thanks Kyle!!!!

First time I didn’t make an appointment, but was still able to get my car in for an oil change. The staff was very attentive & courteous. He called me with additional information about my car & then again later when it was ready to be picked up.

In the past, I received a print out of tire tread, how my breaks are and other items about my vehicle. This was not part of my paperwork. I always appreciate getting that information. Should it have been included in my paperwork or is that information no longer included?

Will always takes great care of my vehicles, treats us like family. Our appointment was scheduled until Friday, I dropped it off early and Will was able to work it in and return it an hour later. That's what I call " Customer Service. "

Went for an oil change and living an hour out had to go back due to leakage of oil when I arrive back home. Something was lose and was dripping oil all over my garage. We called and they asked us to go back. We had to drop what we were doing rearrange daycare and drove another hour back there.

I felt like Dallas was completely rude. This will be the last time I bring my car to the dealership for an oil change. I don’t feel like spending over a hundred dollars to be treated with such disrespect. The level of unprofessionalism was extremely disappointing and I have taken my car to get an oil change there ever since I bought my car. I have dealt with other service professionals there that have treated me much better and I’m sorry if this reflects poorly on them because it’s really only about one person. Dallas.
