I’m happy with the service Dallas provided however I am not happy that Toyota does not offer the Apple CarPlay update for all 2018 vehicles. Toyota needs to make this available for all vehicles. Since it is not available, everyone in the service department needs to know it is not available. I was led to believe it was available and then got a call after leaving the car that I was not able to get the update. That is frustrating.

The best customer service.
Made an appointment but took over an hour. More importantly, the problem was initially fixed but I have continued to have issues with it throughout the days following. I understand this happens. However I attempted to contact the service department about the continued issue and nobody called me back. I called again today and was forwarded to a voicemail and again received no call back. It is frustrating to have a small warranty issue with a simple key require so much time and energy.
Wasn’t happy with having to pay for a missing lug nut since we aren’t the ones who rotate the tires
Excellent work! Great environment and welcoming.They try their best to help costumers as soon as possible and they make sure somebody notice the customer. Also they are excellent with kids.
