I don’t know who this person is a very young Hispanic man helped me Who was very nice and considerate. My only question is why did it take over 2 1/2 hours to service my vehicle? I’ve always had very good service . I just feel the time was a little much

When I first called, the lady was very rude and I was not going to I was not going to give you my business. I then reconsidered and wanted to support locally. They young man who helped me was kind and knowledgeable so I was hopeful. When I picked up my vehicle it took a very long time for them to bring it should to me. I was very disappointed that my vehicle wasn’t washed. Every dealer I’ve even been to, always washed the vehicle after a service.

The only thing I’ve ever had an issue w/is when I get my oil changed sometimes the tech doesn’t clear the “service due” warning light when done. I like the fact that the service tech will state the life status of air filter, cabin filter, tire life etc. I’ve had a good experience w/YC Toyota and today bought my second truck from them!

i wish it was less expensive, i'm on a fixes income an that just took my next grocery expense. I was surprised that it was not covered by a recall, in the past.
